    In document creation, Copilot Tasks can convert educational outlines into detailed study schedules, complete with practice quizzes and dedicated preparation periods. It is also capable of synthesizing email threads, files, and visuals into professional presentations featuring graphs and key discussion points, or curating job opportunities that fit a user’s background while customizing application materials for each position.

    For personal services and bookings, the system supports organizing events like birthday gatherings by selecting locations, distributing invitations, and gathering confirmations. It can research highly reviewed service providers, such as local repair experts, evaluate estimates, and secure appointments. Similarly, it tracks vehicle sales around the clock, reaches out to sellers, and schedules trial runs.

    On the logistical front, Copilot Tasks handles travel coordination by booking transportation that syncs with flight times and updates in case of delays. It monitors accommodation prices to rebook at lower rates automatically and reviews active memberships to identify and terminate underutilized ones.

    The functionality operates like a self-managing agenda: users input requests in everyday language, and the AI devises a plan, executes it across multiple platforms and tools, and updates on progress or completion.
